Author Biography

Damiano Benvegnù, Dartmouth College

Damiano Benvegnù is a Senior Lecturer at Dartmouth College, USA and an Associate Fellow of the Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics. Benvegnù is the author of Animals and Animality in Primo Levi’s Work (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018) and of several published essays ranging from minority languages and soundscape ecology to landscape theory. Currently a CompX Grant recipient at the Dartmouth's Neukom Institute for Computation Science, Benvegnù's research focuses on the interaction between the arts, the environmental humanities, and the digital humanities.
