Serena Zanzu, Poet and independent scholar

Serena Zanzu holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Warwick. Her work has been published in the European Journal of Ecopsychology, Anthropocenes - Human, Inhuman, Posthuman and Exchanges: The Interdisciplinary Research Journal. Her chapter “Death in the Fields: Microbial ‘Destruction’ in Polluted Soils” appears in the volume Death’s Social and Material Meaning Beyond the Human (Bristol University Press).
