Antonello Borra, University of Vermont

Antonello Borra is Professor of Italian at the University of Vermont. He is also a poet and a translator. His most recent books are Guittone d’Arezzo. Selected Poetry and Prose (University of Toronto Press, 2017), the bilingual poetry collection Fabbrica delle idee. Monologhi dei matti. / Factory of Ideas. Monologues by the Mad. (Fomite, 2019), and the translations into Italian of Johannes Hoesle’s poems Album aus/da Dietenbronn (Kern Verlag, 2019). He co-edited three volumes on language pedagogy and published extensively on contemporary Italian poetry. His own poems appeared in many journals and magazines including Ecozon@, Gradiva, In forma di parole, Italian Poetry Review, L’immaginazione, Nuovi argomenti, Poesia, and Steve.
