Connor M Pitetti, Philips Universitaet Marburg

Connor Pitetti is a postdoctoral researcher at Philips Universitaet Marburg. His research focuses on American literature, urban studies, and ecocriticism; his current book project examines speculative narratives of urban collapse and renewal in American science fiction and urban planning treatises, and examines the ways in which different eschatological storytelling practices shape ecologial thought. He has articles forthcoming on the architectural writings of H.P. Lovecraft and on apocalypse and postapocalypse as a modes of narrative in contemporary science fiction.
